Back Sides 20th anniversary

Back Sides, Lazlo Bane’s third studio album, turns 20 today!

Released back in 2006, the album remains somewhat a dark horse in the catalog of the band. Considered at the time as a addition to All the Time in the World, thus it’s name and cover, it nevertheless featured notable songs from Lazlo Bane like “Peace Is Our Profession”, which recieved a great music video, and semi-autobiographical rocker “Unbelievable”.

It was also only released digitally unlike both it’s predecessor and follower. If All the Time in the World would recieve an expanded CD reissue Back Sides could be easily added as bonus material to finally close that gap.

In the end, it’s a great and enjoyable collection of Lazlo Bane’s original songs and that makes it a special place in the band’s discography.
