“Superman” returns as Scrubs revival theme song

The revival of Scrubs (or 10th season if you prefer) debuted on February 25 and confirmed that “Superman” by Lazlo Bane has returned as a theme song as well.

The new opening sequence recreates the original one with three main characters, JD, Turk and Elliot, joined by the new cast with sped up version of “Superman” playing over.

This also marks the return of Lazlo Bane as a performer as the ninth season of Scrubs, also known as Scrubs: Med School, featured a cover by WAZ.

The new season of Scrubs will feature nine episodes, the first two of which are already available.
